1. How do I place an order?
You can shop our full collection online at simplysilky.au. Once you’ve found your favourite pieces, simply add them to your cart and proceed to secure checkout through Shopify.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment options available through Shopify Checkout.
3. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to update your order or shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at info @ simplysilky.au. We’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.
4. How will I know my order has been received?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Simply Silky ships within Australia only.
6. How much is shipping?
We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide — no minimum spend required.
7. How long will delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7 business days, depending on your location. Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer.
8. Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we offer free standard shipping only — but we’re working on adding express options soon.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
9. What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Simply Silky piece, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. See our Returns Policy.
10. How do I return an item?
Please email info @ simplysilky.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide simple return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
11. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
12. Can I exchange for a different style or colour?
Yes — if your preferred item is in stock, we’re happy to exchange. If not, we’ll process a refund or store credit.

13. What sizes do you offer?
Our pieces are designed in a one-size-fits-most silhouette — carefully crafted to flatter a range of body shapes and sizes with ease and elegance. We recommend this generally fits Australian sizes 8-16.
14. What are your garments made from?
Each Simply Silky piece is made in Italy from a silk outer fabric, lined with a soft, breathable viscose blend for comfort and drape.
15. What colours are available?
We offer a curated range of timeless, elegant colours — from classic neutrals to statement hues. Availability may vary by style. Currently we have Black, Navy Blue, Charcoal, Dove Grey, White, Cream, Blush, and Sage Green.
SILK CARE & MAINTENANCE
16. How do I care for my Simply Silky pieces?
Silk is delicate but easy to maintain with the right care.
We recommend:
• Gentle hand washing in cool water with silk-safe detergent
• Air drying flat in the shade
• Avoiding bleach, dryers, and harsh sunlight
• Light steaming or ironing inside-out on low heat

17. Can I dry-clean my silk?
Yes — but ensure you use a dry cleaner experienced with delicate silks.
18. How should I store my silk garments?
Hang on padded hangers or store folded with tissue paper. Keep silk in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.
